How much does it cost to sync with Bookster with TripAdvisor?

We have two integration levels for TripAdvisor:

  • Premium - Synchronises your listing, pricing, availability, bookings and payments. We charge a small % fee (depending on your Bookster Plan) for the use of the Channel Manager. The fee is added to your monthly subscription.
  • Basic (iCal connection) - Synchronises availability to avoid double bookings.

Will Bookster create an account for me on TripAdvisor?

No.

Will Bookster create listings for me on TripAdvisor?

No. You will need to create your own listing.

Will property content in Bookster (descriptions etc.) be pushed up to TripAdvisor?

Yes. When using a Premium connection, property details will be pushed up to TripAdvisor.

Will property details in TripAdvisor (descriptions etc.) be pulled into Bookster?

No. Bookster does not pull in property content from TripAdvisor.

What's the minimum number of properties required to use the direct XML connection?

TripAdvisor require at least 15 properties.

Does using TripAdvisor direct connection also publish my listings to their network of channels?

Yes, your properties will automatically display on FlipKey, Niumba and HolidayLettings. If you already promote your properties on Vacation Home Rentals, then Bookster will directly connect to your properties on this channel too.
