How do I take guest payments?
You can choose between Stripe, Opayo by Elavon or PayPal. Setting this up is easy.
Will I get charged a commission on bookings?
Taking bookings via:
- your own website or adding manually: No fees.
- the direct connections in the channel manager: Additional fees. See pricing.
- availability sync (iCal) channel manager: No fees.
How will I know when I receive a booking?
Bookster will send you an email and it will show in your Bookster Dashboard.
Can I use my logo on the confirmation emails and booking screens?
Yes.
You can also add your branding to our Instant Websites.
Can I share availability with other services?
Yes.
Bookster availability can be read by a range of marketing channels.
Bookster can provide iCal formatted feeds of availability for each of your properties for using in 3rd party systems.
Can I set seasonal rates?
Yes - you can set low, mid, high, and peak season pricing.
There are other options too, from Dynamic Pricing, Daily rates, and Weekly rates - with the option to allow short breaks.
If you have multiple properties with the same prices, you can use Universal Rates which applies the same rates to multiple properties in one click.
Can I cancel at any time?
