How much does it cost to sync with Bookster with Airbnb?

We have two integration levels for Airbnb:

  • Advanced - Synchronises your listing, pricing, availability, bookings and payments. We charge a small % fee (depending on your Bookster Plan) for use of the Channel Manager. The fee is added to your monthly subscription.
  • Basic (iCal connection) - Share availability to avoid double bookings. Free of charge.

Will Bookster create an account for me on Airbnb?

No.

Will Bookster create listings for me on Airbnb?

Yes. Bookster can create a listing for you.

Will property content in Bookster (descriptions etc.) be pushed up to Airbnb?

Yes. When using an Advanced connection, property details will be pushed up to Airbnb.

Will property details in Airbnb (descriptions etc.) be pulled into Bookster?

No. Bookster does not pull in property content from Airbnb.

What is the best Channel Manager for Airbnb?

This can be a new local event, a new feature in the property, or a change of wording to reflect the changing seasons.
2. Update, delete or add photos, and reorder the photos regularly. Airbnb has recommendations on the number and content of photos, so it is best to comply with them.

4. Leave guest reviews.
5. Don't cancel bookings unless absolutely necessary.
