What makes us different is that our property is an old water mill situated on the banks of the Boutonne river in the Charente-Maritime region of south-west France. Guests have free use of our kayaks to explore the river and find our property to be very tranquil and relaxing with lots of beautiful birdsong and wildlife. 3. How long have you worked with Bookster? We have been with Bookster since 2019. 4. What did Moulin de la Fosse need when you were getting started? When we started we needed a website with an easy to use calendar and booking system. Our website came first, a website designer in Dorset UK created it, then added your Bookster calendar/booking system with payments by Stripe. What features of our product have helped Moulin de la Fosse? Features of Bookster that really helped are the flexible settings to take bookings, take payments, synchronise our calendar with our chosen OTAs, automatically email guests with booking and payment confirmations, and reminder emails for balance payments. We have a large property to maintain, therefore we are not always on-line to do this manually, Bookster takes care of it for us! 6. What have you been most impressed with? The customer service from Bookster is great, you can always get help when you need it. 7. So what’s next for Moulin de la Fosse?
