Connect Claude, or any AI assistant that supports MCP, to your Bookster account and ask questions about your business in everyday language.

  • Get answers in seconds instead of building reports. Ask about bookings, revenue, nights sold etc.
  • Spot problems before they cost you bookings. Find properties with rates or availability ending.
  • Find empty nights no stay can fill, failed channel updates and out-of-date listing content.
  • Understand your guests better:
  • - Search guest conversations across Direct, Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo.
  • - Search the questions guests put to your Property Assistant.
  • Stay in control of your data. Follow your team's permissions: can be disconnected at any time.

Questions You Could Ask

  • "What did guests ask about before arriving last week?"
  • "How many bookings did we take for July arrivals, and how does that compare with last year?"
  • "Break down last quarter's revenue by channel, including commission."
  • "Which properties have rates ending in the next 12 months?"
  • "Are there any nights in October that can't be booked because of minimum stay rules?"
  • "What were guests asking about before arrival in September?"
  • "How much did we keep from damage deposits this year?"

Your assistant reads the answer straight from Bookster, sees only what your login is allowed to see, and can never change anything.

Great for…

  • Report booking counts, nights, value and cost breakdowns (agent fees, channel commission, local tax), always per currency.
  • Track damage deposits taken, refunded and kept.
  • Run property health checks: rates horizon, unbookable gaps, channel issues and content freshness.
  • Read and search guest messages, including images guests have sent, for users permitted to see guest contact.
  • View, manage and disconnect connected apps from the Connected apps tab, with every connection recorded in your account history.

Yes.
How do I get MCP Server?
You can set this up yourself.
What is MCP?
The Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets AI assistants such as Claude connect securely to the software you use. Bookster's MCP server lets your assistant read your Bookster data so it can answer questions about your business.
Which AI assistants can I use?
Claude on the web, Claude Desktop and Claude Code connect directly. Any other assistant that supports MCP can connect too, and tools that can only send a header can use an API key from your account's API keys page.
How do I connect Claude?
Claude, go to Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector and paste the Bookster MCP address from your Connected apps tab. Claude sends you to Bookster to sign in (with two-factor authentication if you use it) and approve the connection. For Claude Code, copy the command shown on the Connected apps tab.
Can the AI assistant change my bookings or settings?
No. The connection is read-only. Your assistant can look things up and summarise them, but it cannot create, edit or cancel anything, or message guests.
Will my team see figures they shouldn't?
No. An assistant sees exactly what the signed-in user can see in Bookster. A team member without payment rights gets booking counts and dates with the money withheld, and guest contact details and messages are only shared with users who already have permission to view them. The approval screen tells you whether an app will see guests' details.
How do I disconnect an app?
Open the Connected apps tab in your account and disconnect it. Connecting and disconnecting are both recorded in your account history.
Can property owners use it?
Yes. Owners with a Bookster login can connect an assistant and ask about the bookings and properties they can see. Some checks, such as channel issues, need permissions owners don't usually have, and the assistant will say when a check has been withheld.
