View arrivals and departures from your properties

Give your cleaners a log in to view Arrivals / Departure inside Bookster.

Personalised User Specific iCal feed of arrivals and departures - add arrivals and departures to you or your team member's calendar.

  • View arrival and departure dates and times
  • Toggle 'Ready' / 'Unprepared' to mark when a property has been cleaned and is good to go
  • Bed Set-up: Allow Guests to request different set ups, see them here
  • Filter views by arrivals (today, tomorrow, 5 day, 3 weeks, 8 weeks, 52 weeks)
  • Damage Deposit - has one been paid?
  • Turnaround Time - time between guest departure and next arrival
  • View guest and booking information including Additional notes for cleaners
  • Tick 'Up Next' to only show the next arrivals
  • Tick 'Vacant' to only show properties that are vacant so can be cleaned
