How do I set up Owner Statements?: First complete the Owner Statements section of your "Settings". Then create statements in "Owner Statements and invoices". Ask us for training.
Can I adjust commission on a per booking level to override my general settings?: Yes, Go to the booking => Management => Owner Statements => Set the percentages => then Save
Can Owners Log in to view Statements and Invoices?: Yes, this can be switched in the settings.
Is DAC7 / UK Digital Platform Reporting applicable to my business?: We cannot provide advice on this, please contact your Accountant or local tax office for clarification.
Do I need Owner Statements to use the DAC7 report?: Yes, the data held in Owner Statements feeds into your DAC7 report.
Can we view the list showing the missing items for the DAC7 report?: The report is held in Company details / DAC7 report.
