Does Bookster automatically refund the guest?: Yes, however if there is an amount to be deducted from the Damage Deposit, you can partially refund or pause the full refund.
How is the Damage Deposit taken?: The Damage Deposit is taken by payment card using your Payment Gateway (e.g. Stripe).
When is the Damage Deposit taken and refunded?: This is based on your Settings.
Does it cost anything to take a Damage Deposit?: Yes, taking card payments will incur a fee, even when they are refunded.
