How can I register my cleaners for limited access?
Simply send us the email address of your cleaner(s) and which properties they are to see and we will arrange it for you.
What can my cleaners see?
They will see: Property name, Guest size, Arrivals / Departures day, Arrivals / Departures time, Cleaning notes added, Booking status, Booking reference.
What can my cleaners do?
S/he will be able to change the booking status to Ready / Unprepared.
Will the cleaners see 'Add-ons/ Extras' eg. A guest books a cot through the website as an 'Extra'?
Booking extras are not shown in the cleaners view. They must be added to the Cleaning notes by the Property Manager.
How can I arrange for my cleaners to receive email notifications?
Send us the cleaners email address and which properties s/he can see and we will arrange this.
How do I send the iCal Arrivals + Departures feed to my cleaner?
Your cleaner must be registered for a secure access to Bookster. Then the cleaner can sign-in and retrieve their iCal feed from Bookings / Subscribe to Arrivals + Departures…
