We're delighted to announce the latest partnership between Duve, and Bookster property management system.
This partnership offers even more flexibility to Bookster holiday rental managers who wish to benefit from the latest tools in the vacation rental industry.

There are several functions that will most benefit Bookster clients. The most important are:
- Communicate using guest emails and the guest area in the native language of the guest (12 languages available)
- Reduce the risk of COVID19 through an Online Check-in
- Offer airport pick-up by gathering more accurate arrival information
- Increase revenue by upselling opportunities.
- Provide a quick reply to guests with instant chat.
Which features benefit Bookster clients?
Bookster clients will benefit from using Wishbox with the following functions:
- Send booking confirmation emails
- Send pre-arrival information emails
- Send Check-in email, with options to:
- request arrivals and transport information
- request documentation eg passports and identification
- ask customised questions
- upsell early check-in options
- collect payment and damage deposit
- provide key and access information
- Send pre-checkout email with review questions and upsell late checkout options.
- Allow a chat function to chat with guests and answer questions, with canned responses.
- Review and assign tasks:
- assign cleaning tasks with cleaning notes (exportable)
- assign maintenance tasks
- assign check-in tasks to Concierge employees.

Common questions about Duve
1) Can I brand all my guest communications?
Yes, the property managers can use their own logo and branding to reinforce your guest relationship.
2) Does the guest need to download the Guest App?
The guest app is a web-App so no need to download it.
3) How successful is the online check-in?
The online check-in has an 80%+ completion rate.
4) What is the cost of using Duve?
Wishbox only charges for rental properties that have one or more reservations during that month. This means during the low season, the monthly price will be lower.
How to work with Bookster and Duve
- Log into Bookster, and access your Account (in the top right corner).
- Click on API Key
- Click on the button named 'Generate API key'
- Copy this API key, and paste it into Duve.
