Payment rules

To mitigate against fraudulent transactions, we have a number of rules in place.

Confirmation of Identity

We will send you a confirmation of identity form by post to the address listed against your recurring credit card charge.

Clearing dates

Once you have returned the form, we will transfer the available total to your bank account:

• two weeks after guest arrival date;
• no earlier than two months after payment is taken;
• in the working week of the 15th of clearing month.
